MassMelt
The MassMelt™ waste processor is a powerful, efficient thermal compactor designed to densify and
dramatically reduce the volume of the waste generated within your organisation. MassMelt™ provides
an immediate solution to many of the operational issues associated with managing waste as well
as delivering a substantial saving on your waste transport and disposal costs.
The machine is very versatile and can be used for a whole range of waste materials and for a variety
of purposes; it can also be used in 'cold mode' to compact cardboard, remove moisture (general waste)
or simply as an extremely efficient can-crusher. There are a number of add-on units such
as shredders, conveyor feeds, safety gates and lifts that are available to ensure that your MassMelt™
is specifically tailored to maximise the benefits to your organisation.
The unique design utilises both heat and pressure to transform waste material into a dense
compacted 'log' that can then be easily stored or efficiently transported for onward processing
